Safety

Major Equipment & Remediation Services, Inc. ("MAJOR") never learned to do business the way it was done in "the good old days". Our philosophy as regards safety and the environment is to plan and conduct operations in a manner such that adverse effects on personnel and/or the environment will be avoided. In all instances we strive to comply with both the intent and the letter of the law regarding environmental regulations. Our employees are regularly instructed to perform no task unless it can be done in a safe and responsible manner. Additionally, our people are continuously attending safety schools and receiving in-house training on safety matters pertinent to our operation. Accordingly, our safety manual is not a static text but is under constant review and revision.

It is the policy and intention of management to provide each employee with a safe work environment. Accordingly, management shall strive to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal safety regulations, which are appropriate to our industry. We will likewise provide and/or require the use of the necessary tools or materials to perform each individual job in a safe manner.
